Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

We do not have a return policy for food products. In the event you need to cancel please do so within 2 hours of your purchase. No refunds or cancellations after this time. If an error is made on our part, we will do everything we can to ensure your 100% satisfaction. Which includes but is not limited to replacing the same product or store credit. If there is an issue with your order, please send photo/s and explanation of the product and/or packaging in question to support@chewypeps.com and we will get back to you with next steps.
